Games

Teams are guaranteed a three-match minimum.

Games are scheduled in a compact format over:

  • Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday, depending on division and team commitments
  • U10 divisions are expected to be scheduled as a one-day event


Extra Costs

Beyond the registration fee, teams should plan for their own travel, lodging (if needed), and meals. Tournament merchandise and concessions may be available on site. No additional tournament-specific fees are expected.

The tournament brings together a limited group of clubs from both west and east of Grand Rapids, with Grand Rapids serving as a central location to reduce travel demands while still providing high-quality matchups. Rather than maximizing team count, the focus is on meaningful games, strong officiating, and clear communication throughout the weekend.
