Family Expectations (Quick Guide)

GRASC is committed to a positive, safe, and development-focused soccer experience for every player. Expectations apply to all family members and spectators at all club activities and align with Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) standards.


Families are expected to:

  • Cheer positively and support all players
  • Focus on effort, learning, and growth
  • Let coaches coach and players play
  • Respect referees and their decisions
  • Model good sportsmanship at all times


Communication & Game Day

  • Save concerns for appropriate times outside of games
  • Communicate calmly and respectfully
  • Support safety decisions made by coaches, referees, and staff
