Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer Little NetBusters

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Grand Rapids Area Soccer Club Handbook. Eligibility for full or partial refunds depends on the timing of withdrawal and costs already incurred by the club. Club Storefront

Refund Policy – Merchandise / Upsell Items All merchandise and optional add-on purchases (e.g., apparel, gear, spirit items) are considered final sale once the order is placed. Because these items are typically custom-ordered or produced in batches: * No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the item is defective or an order error occurred. * In the case of a defect or incorrect item, families must notify the club within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement. * If an item has not yet been ordered or processed, a refund may be considered at the club’s discretion. Participation changes (e.g., player withdrawal) do not qualify for refunds on merchandise or upsell items.

Fall Travel Soccer

Grand Rapids Summer Invite

Full refunds will be issued if the tournament is canceled by GRASC due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for team withdrawals after acceptance, except in cases of division cancellation by the tournament.

GRASC Officials

There is no cost to register as an official at this stage; therefore, no refunds apply. Registration information will be shared with The Third Team Officials’ Association, GRASC’s assignor.

Indoor Turbo Tourney

All registrations are final. Refunds are only issued if the tournament is canceled by Grand Rapids Area Soccer Club due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, or if a division is not offered due to low enrollment. No refunds for team withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or partial participation.
