GRASC Juggling Challenge: Build Skills This Winter

Grand Rapids Area Soccer Club is excited to launch the GRASC Juggling Challenge, a fun winter skill-building opportunity for players of all ages. The challenge encourages players to practice juggling on their own time while working toward age-appropriate goals and earning prizes along the way .

Similar to hockey’s 10,000 puck challenge, players track the total number of juggles they complete over time. Juggling can be done almost anywhere — in a bedroom or basement, the garage, during open gym time, or even outside in the snow. The goal is simple: get touches on the ball and keep improving.

Recommended Juggling Goals

 • Ages 5–8: 5,000 total juggles

 • Ages 9–12: 10,000 total juggles

 • Ages 13 and up: 20,000 total juggles

Players can track their progress using the official GRASC Juggling Challenge tracker sheet. Once the challenge is complete, families should email the final tracker by April 30 to claim prizes and be entered into raffles .

Prizes

 • Free GRASC t-shirt for every player who reaches their goal

 • Entry into a raffle for a 2026 World Cup Trionda ball

 • Entry into a raffle for a free GRASC camp registration of the player’s choice

The GRASC Juggling Challenge is a great way for players to stay active during the winter months, build confidence with the ball, and prepare for the upcoming soccer season — all while having fun.

For questions, families can reach out via email as listed on the challenge materials.
