• Clothing will be sold at Jean Duluth, Arlington, and Stebner complexes. There will be no clothing sales at Duluth East so please plan accordingly. If you plan to pre-ordered clothing, the team manager will be given that upon check-in.

For tournaments with room blocks:

• Please attempt to stay at the team hotel(s) if at all possible

• We recommend booking 2 nights and adjusting based on game schedule.  Game schedules are typically available 5-10 days prior to the event.

• Teams must always be prepared to play Friday and/or early Saturday morning and Sundays

• These tournaments pre-book all rooms at hotels as stay-n-play in a 10mile radius or more, so don’t wait or you may not find a room!  DO NOT WAIT.

• Get a room now so you have a site close to the fields.
• Personally, I would not choose the rates that are a little lower but require you to lock in.  You do not want to lose the option to cancel a room.  Our games depend on weather and fields.  You don't want to be locked in and find out two days before the tournament that the games are cancelled.
