• Get a room now so you have a site close to the fields.
• Personally, I would not choose the rates that are a little lower but require you to lock in.  You do not want to lose the option to cancel a room.  Our games depend on weather and fields.  You don't want to be locked in and find out two days before the tournament that the games are cancelled.
