The Grand Rapids Area Soccer Club is proud to have an equipment exchange program. If you have old pairs of cleats, shin guards, socks, or shorts that don't fit your player anymore, just drop them off at the location, or with the individuals, listed in this document:

BALL SIZES

In general, here are the appropriate sizes for age groups:

• U8 and under Size 3
• U10-U14 Size 4
• U14 and up Size 5

Shin guards are worn under the socks, so don't put them on yet. Position the shin guards correctly. Make sure they are centered on your shin, not off to the side. They should protect from your ankle to below your knee.
